Frozen Canyon and the Snowman Event

Enter a frozen wasteland and get ready to hunt some monsters! Collect Snow Crystals and use them to compound Snowman Dolls which you can use to exchange for special items! Be careful though, the cold weather may inhibit your ability to hunt effectively. See all the event details below.

How to Participate
- Enter the Frozen Canyon from the Hunting Zone UI. The Zone details are below:

Zone Limits |
· 12 hours per week (Maximum of 150 hours with recharging stones). · Re-entry is possible in case of death. · Time can be extended by using recharging stones sold in the L2 Coin Store. |
- When you enter the zone, a "Cold" effect may be applied to the character, which reduces P. Attack, M. Attack, Movement Speed while also increasing Damage Taken. Talk to the NPC Snowman to get your Frost Master Transformationto prevent the "Cold" effect for 1 hour.
- There are 3 difficulty regions within Frozen Canyon, and players can move to the desired zone by talking to the NPC Snowman. Defeating Monsters will count towards the event Mission and provide players with EXP/SP, Adena, and Snow Crystals (150 per day maximum, resets at 6:30 AM).

Known Issue: The Frozen Canyon Time Recharge Stone available in the L2 Store can be purchased by characters level 70+. However, at this time, only characters level 80+ can use this recharge stone to increase the event's zone time limit. We are aware of this issue, and we will apply the fix during next week's maintenance on 3/4, making the item usable for characters level 70+.

Snowman Doll Compounding Details
Players can enchant the Snowman Doll with Snow Crystals to up to +15. If the enchant fails, the doll level is maintained. Each compound attempt will consume a Snow Crystal and a Adena Fee.
