Coco Brownie has arrived in town to share her sweet treats, but it looks like she also needs some rescuing. The Love Potions she worked so hard to concoct have been stolen by monsters!

Event Details

  • The Power of Love event is taking place on both the Lineage II and Lineage II Classic servers.

  • The event will begin after maintenance on February 3 and will end on March 3 at 6:00 a.m. server time.

  • The following buffs and item will be automatically removed from players’ inventories when the event ends on March 3:

How to Participate

Love Potions have a chance to drop from monsters as loot. Once you pick up a Love Potion, the following buff will activate for you and everyone in your party:

  • P. Atk./M. Atk./Attack Speed/Casting Speed + 50% and a weapon appearance change for 2 minutes.

The Love Potion buff will not persist through death and will disappear upon exiting the game.

Coco Brownie also provides a sweet treat to hype your senses. Speak to her for a Chocolate Truffle, Candy Heart, or Comfort Cookie. You can only claim one type of treat from Coco Brownie at a time and upon eating the treat, a special buff will go into effect for 2 hours. If you grabbed the wrong treat, simply delete it from your inventory and pick another item from Coco Brownie. You can receive the buff from each of these treats if you and two other members of your party get together and use each of the different sweet treats to share their effects.

If you have a serious sweet tooth, Coco Brownie will turn your weapon into something sweet for 5 minutes. The weapon appearance buff will disappear upon logging out of the game.

Double-click to apply Decadence buff.

 

Decadence: For 2 hours, grants STR +2, DEX +2, CON +2, INT +2, WIT +2, MEN +2, LUC +2, CHA +2, and XP/SP Gain in Vitality Mode +10%.

Candy Heart

Vitality is slowly replenished while in a peace zone.

Double-click to apply Sugar Rush buff.

 

Sugar Rush: For 2 hours, grants STR +2, DEX +2, CON +2, INT +2, WIT +2, MEN +2, LUC +2, CHA +2, and XP/SP Gain in Vitality Mode +10%.

Comfort Cookie

Vitality is slowly replenished while in a peace zone.

Double-click to apply Forever Alone buff.

 

Forever Alone: For 2 hours, grants STR +2, DEX +2, CON +2, INT +2, WIT +2, MEN +2, LUC +2, CHA +2, and XP/SP Gain in Vitality Mode +10%.

Coco’s Transformation Items

(Chocolate, Candy, Cookie)

Randomly transform your character into one of the following: Snow Man, Scarecrow Jack, Tin Golem, Makeshift Bat, Lady Tow, Angry Tow, or Sleepy Tow.

Appearance lasts for 60 minutes. Appearance can be removed by Alt + Left-Clicking the buff icon. 

Note: You cannot talk to NPCs when the transformation is active on your character.

Coco’s Friend Summon Items

(Chocolate, Candy, Cookie)

You can summon 1 party member once every 30 minutes.

 

Lineage II Classic

Coco Brownie is back and she’s looking forward to sharing her sweet treats with all adventurers. Unfortunately, her Love Potions were stolen by monsters during while on her way to town.

How to Participate

Love Potions have a chance to drop from monsters as loot. The following Love Potion buff will activate immediately upon picking up for you and your party members:

  • P. Atk./M. Atk./P. Def./M. Def. by 15% for 2 minutes for everyone in your party and changes the appearance of your weapons. The effect of the Love Potion disappears when you exit the game.

Losing all her Love Potions won’t put a damper on Coco Brownie’s mood though.  You can visit her in any town to collect a Yummy Gift Box and an Amulet of Love once per account.

Opening the Yummy Gift Box will yield either the 2x Nom Nom Candies (Blue) or 2x Yum Yum Candies (Red). The candies offer different XP/SP benefits, so be sure to trade your spare candies with others to activate all candy buffs. The maximum XP/SP hunting bonus that can be earned from having these delicious Valentine's Day candy in your inventory is 30% XP/SP (1 Yum Yum and 1 Nom Nom).

  • Nom Nom Candy: XP/SP +15% while hunting. Candy automatically gives a passive buff when stored in your inventory. Stacks with Yum Yum Candy. The second candy can be traded to another character. 

  • Yum Yum Candy: XP/SP +15% while hunting. Candy automatically gives a passive buff when stored in your inventory. Stacks with Nom Nom Candy. The second candy can be traded to another character.

Coco Brownie will also offer a Sweet Chocolate Energy buff once per day if you have the Amulet of Love in your inventory. The Sweet Chocolate Energy buff will last 2 hours and offers:

  • XP/SP +5% while hunting, Atk. Spd./Casting Spd. +10%, and Speed +10. A special weapon appearance is given for the duration of the buff.
