Lineage II has just launched its 21st Anniversary Updates for all versions of Lineage II alongside the brand new Project WOLF server launch. We’re celebrating by opening a Creator Program to support the awesome players who stream and create videos to share with the community!

Are you a streamer or video-maker who loves Lineage II? Then this is for you.

What is it?

The Creator Program is aimed for players who enjoy streaming or making video content for all versions of Lineage II on the NA/NCA servers.

This is a beta test run while we work out the kinks. We’re starting small to gauge the community’s interest and will only be accepting a few applicants at first. We want your feedback, so during and after the program, please let us know your thoughts!

In the long run, we hope to make this a permanent feature across all of Lineage.

What are the benefits?

If your application is selected by NCA in this beta round, you’ll get some goodies to help you stand out in the community that you could also use to run events with the community. We’ll give you the full list later!

What are the criteria?

Currently, we are accepting either Twitch or YouTube channels. We have included general criteria below, but the final decisions on acceptance will be made by the NCA team. Just because a channel meets all criteria does not guarantee an acceptance – currently we want to keep the member list small as we start the program. Is your channel a little smaller than these numbers? It doesn’t hurt to submit anyway, especially if you are passionate about the program.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility (described further in Creator Program Agreement)
  • General Involvement
    • At the very least, we hope that you are a passionate L2 player who wants the game to excel through your involvement
    • We will be providing you with giveaway coupons to aid your channel through player events. So, we expect your general participation in promoting the coupon giveaway events via the official game Discord server.
  • Twitch Channel
    • Have and maintain at least 25 average monthly viewers
    • Once selected, stream L2 at least twice per week, for a total of at least 10 hours a month
  • YouTube Channel
    • Have and maintain at least 1000 average monthly views
    • Once selected, upload at least one L2 video every two weeks. This does not include reposted streams.
  • Participants must adhere to certain rules of conduct and comply with applicable terms and conditions, laws, and regulations. Further details will be provided in program terms and conditions.  
    • No inappropriate content or conduct that may damage Lineage II, NCA, and affiliates of NCA
    • Comply with your platform’s Terms of Service and/or other applicable laws and regulations
    • Comply with NCA and/or NCSOFT’s Terms of Service, which can be found here
    • No transfer, assignment, use, distribution, or sales of the rewards, such as the in-game items, and event coupons

How do I know if I was selected?

We’ll reach out to you via Discord, so make sure you include your Discord name in that application and join the Lineage II Discord if you haven’t already.

If you are not contacted, don’t fret – this is a smaller test-run of the program and there will be more opportunities in the future.

What’s the timeline?

  • Applications are open now and will remain open until further notice.
  • We will reach out as soon as possible via Discord DMs if your application is accepted.

Disclaimers and other things to know

  • All communications after submission will take place in Discord
    • If you are not contacted in Discord, you were not yet selected for the program
  • We reserve the right to select applicants for the program, and can terminate participation in the program at our discretion
  • While we request submission of channel stats as part of the application process, we also reserve the right to verify channel performance statistics through openly available data tools
  • Participation in the program does not make the Creator an official representative or employee of NCA
  • We may change the prizing and criteria at any time with or without prior notice
